Where do your items come from ?

Every one of our designs has been created and made here in Australia.

Where can i see all of your designs you have done ?

If you want to have a look at all of our designs we have done feel free to look through the many photo albums we have on our Facebook page. Just click on the 'see all' tab in photos to see all of the albums. They are all nicely categorised by flag theme.

I like one of your flags but i'd like to change the colour, style, wheels, look etc.

We spend a lot of time researching and perfecting each and every one of our designs. And we create designs which we think are popular with the majority of our clients. Whilst we understand it may not suit everyone's taste, however, once a design is finished we won't go back and change the look of it.

Similarly the same applies to our finished items. We make flags and all of our items are designed to be used as a flag. Whilst we appreciate that some of our clients may want to use our flags for other purposes such as hanging it up on a wall or ceiling, we cannot alter our finished items to cater for such requests.

I have a picture of my car. Can you make a custom flag from it ?

Unfortunately the short answer to that question is no. A lot of effort goes into making a flag and It takes quite a while to design, create and make them. It's just not feasible for us to spend that much time on a single flag and still keep the costs down to a reasonable amount.

I have a car in mind for a flag. Can you make it?

As mentioned above, it takes a considerable time from when a car is approved to be created into a tribute flag to final release. Whilst we don't usually take requests, we have an extensive 'wish list' of cars we will be making tribute flags for. There's a very good chance the car your thinking of has already been thought of by us and is already on our list. Keep coming back to our facebook page and on our Etsy shop for updates.

Sizing details

Our flags are usually 150cm x 90cm in size (unless stated otherwise) as we find this is the perfect size for the type of flag we make.

How long do your items take to ship to me ?

Every single item you see in store has already been made and ready to send out to our clients.

Whether you choose Normal Post or Express Post, we aim to send out your new collectable as soon as we can. Our postal partner is Australia Post.

We lodge orders for delivery several times a week with Australia Post. However, unfortunately we cannot actually give an exact date of delivery, nor can Australia Post or Etsy. Every single order has tracking and can be tracked by simply looking at your order on Etsy to ascertain where your new collectable is located within the delivery system.

How are your items sent ?

After each one of our items is made it is then sanitized/cleaned and then folded up and placed inside a sealed bag ready to be posted.

When we post orders out to our clients they are always placed inside a box to give everything the best possible protection whilst in transit. That way our clients receive their new collectable in the same condition as the day we made them.

Shipping

Every order comes with tracking and insurance for that extra piece of mind. In addition all orders over $100 also require signature on delivery.

All our shipping fees are clearly stated in the listing and in the checkout when making a purchase. WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

YES, we do combine postage on multiple items. When you place an order which contains multiple items, simply put your items in the shopping cart. It will then re-calculate the new shipping fee depending on how you want the order posted and how many items are in that order.

Shipping fees stated below are Australia wide.

NORMAL POST

- $11 for the first flag
- $5 for each flag after that.

EXPRESS POST

- $16 for the first flag
- $5 for each flag after that.
